This is a gentle, welcoming space for women, like you, who want to keep moving, feel calm in their bodies, and live with presence and purpose in the second half of life.

Through heart-centred chair yoga, gentle movement, mindfulness, and restorative practices, I support women to build strength, balance, and confidence — without pressure, performance, or needing to get down on the floor.

What began as following what brought me joy, has naturally grown into a warm, supportive community of women who come not just for movement, but to feel good, connected, and truly seen.

Class Booking Instructions

1. Open up the Ezy Booking App - CLICK HERE

2. Create an account - (one time only) - name, email address and create a password.

3. Write your password down so you remember it.

4. Select the class you want to book into - click the 'Register' button.

5. If the class is a 'paid class', click on the 'Buy Sessions' button.

6. Purchase a 1 class pass, or a multiple class pass.

7. Once payment is successful, click the 'Browse Classes' button and book into your chosen class.

ABOUT SUE

Meet Our Awesome Team

Hi I’m Sue — a teacher, facilitator, and guide for heart-centred living through gentle movement, mindfulness, and community.

My work is shaped by lived experience and decades of professional practice.

A major turning point in my own life led me to step away from force and striving, and toward a more holistic, compassionate approach to wellbeing — one that prioritises nervous system regulation, presence, joy, and deep self-connection alongside physical strength.

Today, I teach chair yoga, restorative and gentle yoga, and mindfulness practices for women, particularly those aged 50–80 who want to stay strong, steady, and confident while moving through the second half of life.

My classes are accessible, supportive, and fun — designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and mental clarity while fostering a genuine sense of connection.

Alongside my teaching, I bring extensive experience in communication, leadership, and facilitation. I’ve built loyal in-person communities, run restorative retreats, and created spaces where women feel safe to slow down, soften, and reconnect with what matters most.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: wellbeing doesn’t come from pushing harder — it comes from listening inwardly, moving with intention, and choosing practices that help you feel calm, capable, and deeply alive at every stage of life.
